If you have a missing item please contact us by phone within 72 hours of the delivery. You would have the following options: refund for the amount of the missing item plus the corresponding shipping*, receiving the missing item with your next order with no shipping charge for the missing item or receiving the item at no additional cost for you.

If you wish to return an item, you may return the item for refund or replacement within 15 days. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
